Tuesday Training

This is open to everyone, all fitness levels and abilities. The sessions with last approximately 80 mins with 40 mins of general fitness, run by a qualified PT, followed by 40 mins of general cricket skills, aimed at both hard and soft ball cricketers.

The prime aim of these sessions is fitness and fun.

All you need is appropriate shoes and clothing, all equipment is provided. The sessions are £5, the first two are free to new members.

These will be carried out in a fully COVID secure environment and will take place on the cricket outfield.
